LDF - Layer Definition Files

 

Using LDF files, applications can be automatically created as virtual packages.

  

A. Ldf file is a file in XML format that contains no source files but only a sort of meta-description, as a corresponding virtual application layer is built. Using this description, along with the necessary appropriately, source files can be automatically generated application layer.

  

Symantec has released a tool available that allows one hand application layer can be created directly on the other hand also own LDF files can be created.
